The Real Red Dawn is Here - What States Must do immediately

After three decades of Americans living in denial, Red China is here and it is masquerading behind the color blue.  Over the past couple of weeks I have practiced what I have preached by reaching out to my state legislature and filed a formal complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office against Amazon, Inc. specifically as a customer.  Boycotts can be effective but much more organized efforts are urgently warranted in this state of emergency in which we find ourselves.

The nation has remained at DEFCON-5 as the nuclear threat has been seemingly mitigated since the 1990s; however, nuclear is not the threat by which Marxist tyranny has manifested itself.  As we were totally blind to our vulnerabilities and broadsided by Al Qaeda in 2001, we have been completely aloof as we found ourselves in the midst of a Marxist coup de etat that began in March 2020.  The reality in America is that we would be at DEFCON-1 right now if the intention of the outdated scale were updated to express the true threat to the liberties of citizens of the United States of America.

Almost daily we hear stories of major companies being attacked due to the faith and/or political beliefs of their founders, this past week Mike Lindell of My Pillow fame was the latest target of the ever treacherous Jack Dorsey and the company he abuses as CEO, known as Twitter.  After de-platforming the President of the United States (who actually revived the company, the stock of which was at rock bottom in 2016) this week this rogue CEO has done the same to former Assistant to the President, Director of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, Peter Navarro

It is as though these companies along with the party they serve are shamelessly following the edicts of the Chinese communist dictatorship every step of the way.  We do not have time to wait until our next third-world election for this coup to be stopped.

The states must coalesce and adopt harmonious legislation among the "constitutionalist" states of America with the focus of stopping the predatory attacks of companies that have already begun to shut down the communications, finances and general livelihood of 75-80 million Americans.  By exercising our rights as sovereign states through the promulgation of state constitutional amendments designed to protect our fellow citizens from such effrontery, we the people can stop these companies from conducting business in our respective, constitution venerating states until such unconscionable actions cease.

We must augment our power in numbers, using the proper channel of state government.  If 25-30 states were to join together and agree to such legislation, these companies would be devastated (by loss to revenue, earnings and share valuation) and would be forced to abide by the law instead of abusing their fiduciary responsibilities to their shareholders and their fellow citizens.

This would require sacrifice among consumers but to live in denial for one more day about the tyranny that is upon us will cost us everything.  If we are not willing to make temporary sacrifices as citizens of right now, we should be and will be forever ashamed in light of what our forefathers sacrificed for our liberty and we will live out the remainder of our lives in regret as will our posterity be sentenced to do likewise.

Following are my thoughts on what may be done to effectively fight this war on our liberties and a Proposal for State Constitutional Amendments that would lead to victory over the treachery being waged against us by monopolistic companies that have already begun to wage their war against this nation and our Bill of Rights.  This can be codified in Florida by ballot initiative but given the urgency, it is expedient that it should be legislated through our state legislature.

The states should have the ability to prevent social media companies from discriminating against citizens and companies based in their respective states on the basis of political beliefs or in the case of companies, based upon their fostering forums that allow free-expression of political and religious beliefs.

For-profit companies like Facebook, Twitter, Google and Amazon should be required by state law, to tolerate the expression of the political views of their users and if they do not, they should be open to individual lawsuits by their victims whose rights have been violated (individuals and corporations affected such as Parler)Furthermore, when policies are instituted that are found to deny users and companies their right to expression of political beliefs, ISPs operating within those states should be required to block access to those companies until all policies that censor such expression are reversed.

Corporations such as Amazon should be blocked from transacting business within those states and/or pay substantial, ongoing fines for blocking the business of other corporations such as Parler on the basis of political expression being offered on their platform.

States should draft articles to adopt and enforce such laws in concert with one another.

Exceptions:  Companies existing as non-profit organizations such as churches and political action committees (PACs) should be exempted and allowed to limit expression if they choose to do so, based upon religious convictions and political views.

We CAN Defeat These Predatory, Anti-American Corporations and Here is How

Liberty loving Americans are longing to “do something” honorable and effective in this war against our liberty by the Marxist Left.  Since the election fraud took place, reconciling the empirical evidence with the surrender of free and fair elections by the derelict Supreme Court has been difficult.  Having heard so many longing for direction on what we can actually do about this now  prompts me to humbly share some thoughts on how we can overcome the overwhelming onslaught by predatory corporations run by reprobate CEOs.

Things that must be done

STOP searching on Google.  Alphabet, parent company of Google has an Achille’s heel that few seem to understand.  The company, as large, powerful and arrogant as it is in bullying its own customers has an extraordinary vulnerability.

WHY THIS CAN ACTUALLY WORK & QUICKLY
For the past couple of decades, despite all the different ventures it has gotten into from self-driving car development to the now ubiquitous Android operating system, one thing has amazingly remained almost unchanged.  The fact is that the vast majority of the company’s total revenue, close to 90% still comes from advertising.  What makes the company quite vulnerable is that over 70% of that advertising revenue comes – search!  Stop and ponder what that really means.  Search is not something that needs to be “sticky” like a unique service or a television series that you love.  Google has enjoyed this “critical mass” for decades basically by becoming a verb.  Search is not esoteric.  Search is not something that any longer needs to be a monopoly.  Google has dramatically changed its algorithms over the years in ways that are shady and underhanded.  In reality, tens of millions of people use Google search every day out of habit but unlike some habits, this one is not addictive or pleasurable.  Alphabet’s Google is enjoying an underserved monopoly, simply resting on its laurels because it became a verb decades ago and people habitually go there without much thought.

Remember back in July 2008 when oil hit its all-time high of $147 a barrel and the extreme pain Americans were suffering at the gasoline pumps?  You may recall there was a gas-price oriented viral e-mail being circulated that was almost as widely received as the plea from the “Nigerian prince” who needed our help as he was trying to flee his country with his loot?

The lower gasoline price strategy contained within the e-mail was an inherently flawed idea that if everyone banded together and ceased buying from the leading oil company, Exxon Mobile, they would then be forced to slash their prices and bring down the over-all gas prices?  The problem was that oil and gasoline are commodities and the supply limitations would not affect the commodity because usage would still be the same.

The good news is that such a strategy would absolutely work if we banded together and simply ceased “googling”.  I know it is hard to get people to -not watch- the NFL game despite the league’s continued attacks upon this country because it requires some sacrifice to give that up.  I know it is hard to get people to -not buy- their Starbucks coffee despite the company’s incessant war upon our values.  But - do we love our freedom enough to simply stop “googling”?  Can we strain ourselves to simply go to DuckDuckGo.com when we get the urge or need to search for something and download the DuckDuckGo app to our phones and use it instead of Google?  To accomplish what needs to be done with Alphabet’s Google considering their anti-trust law violating declaration of all out war on our freedom of speech, you could even go search on MSN or Yahoo for that matter as those companies, repugnant as they may be, do not monopolize the phone operating systems at present that shut down our access to free-speech supporting apps like Parler.

If the 80 million freedom loving block of Americans that we are, were to simply stop using Google search starting immediately, the lost ad revenue would rock Alphabet and its subsidiary Google to its core.   Again, 70% of its revenue comes directly from search and another 15%+ comes from ads on Google partnering websites that feature the AdSense advertisements on them.  If you understand how closely investors and Wall Street scrutinize search, engagement and traffic every quarterly earnings release, you know how much a significant drop in these metrics can rock a company’s share-price.  Even a 10% drop in search would be quite damaging and in Google’s case, they are extremely vulnerable beyond what one would expect from a company that is in the ad business because of how “un-sticky” search could and should be once people are awakened to the facts about this company.   If we were to get serious about our freedom and OUR ability to actually do something about this war against it, rather than talk, blog or show up at a rally, this could be a historic campaign towards a villainous company in every sense of the word.

Call the companies that sponsor your favorite content (Newsmax, AON, radio programs, websites) and thank them for sponsoring.  The leftist minority are always well organized for the cause of tyranny and evil in general - and THEY are calling those companies relentlessly to shut our communication down as a part of their Marxist coup.  You may buy the products of these companies and think that is enough but they should hear from us regularly as they may not equate their sales to you as support for that specific content in many cases unless there is a “promo-code” to substantiate from what program it originated.  Call your cable or satellite provider and THANK THEM for carrying Newsmax and OAN (if they do carry them).  They ARE hearing from the organized Marxists who are calling to pressure them.  They should hear from you and me immediately and emphatically.

Lobby your State Government:  When you see companies like Apple and Google de-platforming companies like Parler, contact your state Attorney General’s office.  Go online and file a complaint against those companies.  Call and email them along with your state representatives and senators as well.  Whereas the federal government will encourage this anti-trust law violating behavior, States have substantial power and must learn to se it.

As we saw a small ISP in Idaho temporarily block access toFacebook for violating free-speech, a bold and inspiring move, on a much larger scale, freedom loving, constitution venerating states now MUST ban together and if such predatory behavior is exerted by these companies, states must unite and take the most extreme steps possible an if need be, ban the sale of Apple products (iphones and Android systems) until such odious actions are corrected.

If we have to use old recycled phones for a time until this predatory behavior ceases, that is a price we must pay for our God given liberties until competing products to those monopolistic enterprises come to market out of a demand created by their reprehensible, anti-American behavior subsides.  Imagine 30+ states ordering the shutdown of Apple stores and the implications and pressure from carriers and manufacturers like Samsung on Google, losing out on all of those sales.
